We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative (Customer Service Representative) to assist customers, drive sales, and deliver an excellent service experience. This role combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Promote and sell products while meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and service goals
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards


Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM software, email, MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset


Work Environment

  • Retail store, call center, office, or remote setting (depending on company)
  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts
