Process: We conducting a Virtual Process / Phone Interview


Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Pioneer E-commerce Account. This is a non-voice role, focused on chat and email support. As part of a pioneer team, successful candidates will have strong opportunities for career growth, skill development, and early promotion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email (no calls)
  • Assist customers with order tracking, refunds, returns, and product inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a professional tone
  • Document customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when needed
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate preferred)
  • Must have at least 3 Months BPO Experience | Customer Facing / Customer Service experience are acceptable
  • Basic to good English communication skills
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays (if required)
