Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Travel Account for our Transcom Pasig site. This role will focus on driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.


This role is responsible for handling customer queries and requests related to flight and car rental bookings, managing GDS and NDC reservations, working queues, and ensuring accurate PNR creation and maintenance.


Join our Transcom Family as a Travel Account Customer Service Representative (CSR)

  • Utilize Amadeus GDS or airline NDC portals for servicing flight and car rental bookings including, but not limited to reissues, refunds, exchanges and cancellations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound travel-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
  • Contact airlines and car rental suppliers as needed for assistance
  • Deliver end-to-end travel support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ensure booking accuracy and compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Maintain performance and service levels while working in a rotational shift environment.


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Amadeus GDS with at least 2 years experience (knowledge in cryptic commands)
  • Exposure to airline NDC platforms preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience handling flight and car rental reservations
  • Advance level English communications skills
  • Possess a positive attitude.
  • Have very good interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
  • Take ownership for quality, competence, and commitment.
  • Enjoy/thrive on autonomy within the franchise framework and be results focused.
  • Be highly motivated and prepared to work hard.
  • Have high personal energy and enjoy a lively environment.
  • Be highly flexible and welcome change/improvements.
