Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients utilizing Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in the travel industry.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or travel industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in GDS platforms (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
