Description

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate resources.
  • Promote company products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level, 0–2 years of experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient and empathetic demeanor towards customer needs.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
