Description

  • Provide excellent customer service support through non-voice channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions via email and chat.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving capabilities, proficient in handling customer inquiries, adept in call centre operations
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy towards customers
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
