Job Requirements:

Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates

At least 1 year of work experience in CSR role is advantage

Experience working in BPO company is a plus

Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift

Amenable to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Responding to customer questions/inquiries via phone call, messages and email

Assisting customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and service requests.

Verifying customer identity and update records securely.

Providing accurate information about products, services, and account details.

Ensuring entries are clear, complete, and accurate.
