Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and delivery status

• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests

• Follow up on open cases to ensure proper and timely closure

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate (Grade 12)

• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates

• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required

• Basic communication skills in Filipino and English

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
