  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing excellent service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer feedback to improve products and services.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in Ortigas & Mandaluyong area
