Job Responsibilities

- Answer customer inquiries through email, phone, or system.

- Provide simple solutions based on training and forward difficult cases to the supervisor.

- Record customer concerns and actions clearly.

Qualifications

- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written);

- Able to use a computer and familiar with basic MS Office (Word, Excel).

- Patient, willing to learn, and can work well with a team.

- Customer service experience is Better

- Fixed schedules and on-site shifts.
