We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers — providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex concerns.
  • Stay updated on products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months outbound experience in Sales or Collections is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required.
