Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support via phone, email, live chat, or in-person. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends to help improve the customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction ratings).



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in [English/Other languages, if applicable].


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare].
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
