Descripción
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, involves phone and face-to-face interaction.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
