Qualifications:

• Open to Freshers
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to hotel reservations
• Assist guests with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations accurately and efficiently
• Provide detailed information on room types, rates, promotions, amenities, and hotel policies
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel services, packages, and special offers when appropriate
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details in the booking system
• Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (quality, sales, and service metrics)
• Follow company standards, scripts, and data privacy guidelines at all times
