Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries regarding telco services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries for telco services
- Resolve billing, account, and service-related concerns
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer support
- Document interactions and follow company guidelines
Requirements
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
- With or without BPO experience (training provided)
