Job Description

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Staycation Campaign. The role involves handling customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
• Provide accurate information about staycation offers and services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions and follow standard procedures
• Meet individual and team performance targets

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Amenable to working onsite and in a blended setup
• Must be living within NCR or Rizal/Antipolo
• Can start ASAP
• Good communication and customer service skills
