Job Description:

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding travel concerns
• Assist with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings
• Modify or cancel reservations based on customer requests
• Provide accurate information on fares, policies, schedules, and travel requirements
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions and updates in the system
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications:

• SHS/HS Graduate
• B2 AM Good communication skills
• preferred 6 months Call Center experience/ Not required
