Descripción

  • Coordinate with TikTok creators, affiliates, influencers, and KOLs regarding campaign and content schedules
  • Assist creators in video creation and uploading content
  • Monitor TikTok live sessions, product links, and engagement
  • Manage and process sample product requests
  • Support campaign participation including live boosts, voucher setup, and TikTok events
  • Use TikTok Seller Center, Creator Center, and Partner Center for coordination
  • Handle inquiries related to creator performance, schedules, and campaign progress
  • Maintain strong communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders (creators and brands)

Requisito

  • 1–3 years experience in customer service, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations
  • Familiar with TikTok tools such as Seller Center, Creator Center, or Affiliate Platform
  • Background in campaign coordination or live selling is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
