- Prepare, log and file quotations & instructions and other related documents
- Answer correspondence pertaining to assigned account and on behalf of the Sales Executive
- Encode/Update Customer Tariff (Export & Import) on CW1 System whenever there is new shipment, instruction, rate increase and whenever it is deemed necessary
- Arrange Export and Constructive booking using CW1 system
- Monitor and update customer for daily Import and Export Transactions
- Attend to other customers and agents need, inquiries and concern
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by Superiors. 8. Attend customer complain and prepares logs action report.
- College Graduate
- Computer literate and with Good Communication Skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service Skill
