- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, potentially during various shifts.
