Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
• Process orders, returns, refunds, or service requests
• Provide product or service information clearly and accurately
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

Qualifications:

• Above average English communications skills
• At least Senior High School graduate
• 1 year BPO Experience
