Customer Service Representative (CSR) will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns. The CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service by resolving issues efficiently, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work Location: Entrata Building, Filinvest Ave, Alabang, Muntinlupa
Qualifications:
With 1 yr BPO experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Amenable to shifting schedules
Education: 2nd yr College Undergrad / completed 72 units
