Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, sales pipeline management, and customer service principles. Strong command of the English language, along with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for variable hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong team player, adaptable, with excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure.
