Available Locations:

Marikina | Makati | Sta. Mezza

Salary Package: PHP 20,000

Sign-On Bonus: PHP 15,000

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or College Level/Graduate
Good English communication skills
Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
Must be willing to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience
Document all interactions properly
