Requirements

• At least HS/SHS graduate
• Must have minimum of 2 years Customer Service and Sabre/Amadeus (Cryptic) experience using 
• Can work onsite (Taguig City), Night shift

• Handle hotel booking requests including inquiries, modifications, and cancellations while providing accurate details on amenities, rates, and availability.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent and seamless customer service.
