- Handle customer inquiries via call.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requisito
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level candidates welcome
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, experience in call center environments is a plus
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, maintain positive communication, and provide support through various channels
- Working Conditions: Office environment, Onsite, Night shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
