Descripción
- The representative will be responsible for responding to customer
- inquiries and services and resolving customer issues. The representative
- must have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive
- relationships with customers.
Requisito
- 4-year course graduates with or without work experience.
- Completed 2 years in college with 6 months of work experience (Customer service experience).
- Above-average English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
