Customer Service Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

Role: Dual-function representative responsible for providing excellent customer support (inbound) and conducting proactive outreach for satisfaction, retention, and sales (outbound).

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound: Resolve customer issues, handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and accurately document all interactions in the CRM.
• Outbound: Conduct follow-ups, manage retention, identify sales/up-selling opportunities, and perform customer surveys.
