1. Senior Customer Service Representative (Senior CSR)

Compensation Package: ₱25,653 (₱22,753 base + ₱2,900 allowance)

Experience: At least 1 year BPO voice experience

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer concerns
• Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Update customer records and follow process guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite and at night
• Call center experience (voice) is required

2. Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

Compensation Package: ₱23,000

Experience: Open to applicants with or without BPO experience

Education: SHS graduate and up

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers via phone calls
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
• Log customer interactions with accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Amenable to onsite night shift work

3. Collections Specialist (Accounts Receivable)

Compensation Package: ₱40,000

Experience: At least 2 years AR/Collections experience in a BPO setting

Preferred: B2B collections experience (priority), B2C acceptable

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct collection calls and negotiate payment arrangements
• Manage and track outstanding receivables
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• AR/Collections experience in BPO
• Ability to work onsite and at night
