About the Role

We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. They employ a four pillars approach to risk and compliance management - Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management.


As a Customer Service Representative (Night Shift), you will be part of Cooee Inc.’s extended team supporting one of our Australian partners. In this role, you will help manage service requests, communicate with clients and contractors, and ensure tasks are handled accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.


You will be working closely with systems and processes that support risk and compliance services, ensuring that customer needs are understood, documented, and followed through with care and accuracy.

What you'll be working on

  • Interpreting and validating client's needs
  • Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues
  • Accurate data capture / entry
  • Effectively communicate with clients and contractors
  • Ensure internal and external service standards are met
  • Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
  • Participate in system and staff development


What were looking for

  • Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Possesses excellent people skills
  • Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.


Job Type: Full-time, Graveyard shift (7 PM- 4 AM)

Work Setup:

Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor of Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
