Join our team as a Customer Service Associate for our Health Insurance & Medical Plans account in Davao and assist members with their accounts, payments, and online access. You’ll handle account inquiries, assist with password resets, resolve website and payment issues, and guide members in setting up autopay and EFTs. You’ll also manage requests for reinstatements, terminations, and enrollment updates while providing clear information on plan features — ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Troubleshoot customer and patient issues related to products, services, and enrollment
• Respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, and provide information to customers and accounts
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, patients, and colleagues
• Enter and manage data in the CRM system
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as assigned

Key strengths for this role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• With Customer Service background (preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, basic PC and keyboarding skills
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and flexible with the ability to learn client-driven material
• Strong multi-tasking ability
