Customer Service Representative (On-site | Graveyard Shift)

OVERVIEW

The Role: AspiraGlobal is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our on-site team in Hernan Cortes, Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will be the front line of support—handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time graveyard shift position (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced support environment and can consistently deliver professional, customer-first service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally while working toward effective resolution
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all interactions using a CRM system
• Follow internal processes and quality standards to meet performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members and participate in coaching/training as required
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, process updates, and customer service best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating tools, multitasking across apps)
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Hernan Cortes, Mandaue City, Cebu
• Willing to work graveyard shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
