EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN (BLENDED)

• At least 1 year BPO experience
• Open to night shift
• Must be residing in Cebu City or nearby areas

1. Live Stream Shopping Campaign (Chat / Email)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with product questions, order placement, and payment concerns.
• Provide information about ongoing live stream promotions and campaigns.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to higher support tiers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and service quality.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and live stream schedules.

2. Educational Campaign (Blended – Chat / Email / Phone as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer or student inquiries via chat, email, and occasionally phone (blended support).
• Provide guidance on educational programs, enrollment processes, and course information.
• Maintain detailed logs of interactions and follow-ups in the database.
• Meet individual performance targets for response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student or client issues efficiently.
• Adapt to night shift schedules and ensure timely support coverage.
• Stay informed about updates in educational programs, policies, and procedures.
