Customer Service Representative – Airline Account

Location: Cebu City (Onsite)

As a CSR for our Airline Account, you will handle customer concerns related to flights, bookings, reservations, and travel policies. You will assist passengers with itinerary changes, baggage concerns, seat assignments, payment issues, and general airline inquiries. Your role ensures a seamless customer experience by delivering accurate information and professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, or email from airline passengers

- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rebooking, and itinerary updates

- Provide information on airline policies, travel requirements, and baggage guidelines

- Resolve concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency

- Document interactions and maintain high-quality service standards

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient support

- Qualifications

- College Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO/call center experience (required)

- College Undergraduate (minimum 2nd year / 4 semesters completed)

- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City

- Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules

Experience in travel, airline, or hospitality accounts is a plus!
