Career Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
OPEN FOR FRESH GRADS WITH/WITHOUT EXPERIENCE!
Primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Must have handled voice account
- Open to college graduates, with or without BPO experience
- Also open to high school, senior high school graduates or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
