Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary Offer: Php 22,000 to Php 28,000

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (5Pm – 1AM)

Job Requirements: 

• Open for Highschool graduate.
• with atleast 1 year of work experience as Voice / non voice Customer Service Representative
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Amendable to attend face to face interview 
• Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound or outbound customer interactions via chat and email.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
