Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in billing and at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • The ideal candidate is a college graduate who can efficiently handle customer inquiries and support billing processes.

  • At least 2 years of BPO experience
  • Proven billing experience outside of healthcare accounts
