• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and store policies.
• Forward qualified leads to the sales and warehouse teams for proper follow-up.
• Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure seamless communication between online and in-store sales.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
