Role: Customer Service Agent

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Davao

Schedule: Morning/Night Shift

• Proactively share discount codes and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to reduce customer hesitation

• Assist with order tracking, account access, product troubleshooting, and refund guidance

• Handle returns or dissatisfaction with empathy, following up with eligibility checks and next steps

• Encourage customer loyalty through the Rewards Program and referral system

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or eCommerce support.

• Sales-minded approach: ability to identify upsell opportunities while remaining helpful and ethical

• Familiarity with skincare, grooming, or health products is a plus.
