Descripción
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and provide support.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong financial literacy, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and manage transactions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
