Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, problem-solving, technical skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
