Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shifts and handling multiple tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to changing situations.
