- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues and answer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in customer service preferred but not required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, problem-solving, and active listening.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may include evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, adaptable, and attentive to detail.
