- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product support.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution; familiarity with CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based; may include evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, adaptable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
