  • With experience in using CSR system
  • With good interpersonal skills and pleasing personality
  • Willing to be assigned at 205. D.Tuazon St, Brgy Maharlika, Quezon City - New World Diagnostics Headquarters (Near Banawe and Retiro)
  • Can start ASAP

Brief Job Description

  • Collects relevant customer information and encodes them in the company database
  • Collaborates with the sales and marketing team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
  • Works on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life.
  • Monitors the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them.
  • Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers.
  • Prepares to customer inquiries by studying products, service, and customer service processes.
  • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
  • Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts.
  • Gives prices, computation, test preparation needed by customers/clients.
  • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Creates and maintains computer files for follow-up action.
  • Coordinates all concerns to the designated department.
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
