Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in Collections or Mortgage to join our team. This is an onsite role in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, where you’ll assist customers with inquiries and provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections or mortgage services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, balances, and payment schedules.
• Provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Collections or Mortgage.
• High school graduate or higher.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
