  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requisito

  • Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
  • With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
  • Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • Physically fit
  • With valid original barangay and police clearance
  • Good with customer service is an edge
  • Detail-oriented, and good with customers
