Descripción

A customer service representative helps customers with their concerns and questions, processes orders, and resolves issues. 

They may also provide information about products and services. 

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
  • Process orders and returns
  • Handle complaints and provide solutions
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Provide product and service information
  • Upsell products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance targets
  • Skills 
  • Communication: Being able to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Active listening: Giving your full attention to the customer
  • Empathy: Being able to understand and share the feelings of others
  • Patience: Being able to remain calm and composed when dealing with customers
  • Problem solving: Being able to identify and resolve issues
  • Adaptability: Being able to adjust to new technologies and processes

Requisito

  • At least 6 months experience in Sales hardselling inside the BPO industry
  • Excellent communication skillas
