Descripción
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and real estate market trends.
- Coordinate with various departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience required, preferably in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, adept at handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer queries, maintain high customer satisfaction, manage customer accounts, resolve issues efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with the possibility of remote work depending on company policy.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
