• At least 8 years of working experience in any functions in the Automotive Industry
• Has functional consulting experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales or marketing platform
• Has program management experience
• Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete consulting assignments.
• Encourage the design and evaluation of businesses based on platforms.
• Throughout the project lifetime, offer solutions for customer issues across the platform landscape.
• Design creative solutions.
• Assist with business growth initiatives, collaborate with sales teams to create proposals, and establish the solution plan and delivery strategy for platform changes.
